Hiram Larew, Founder of Poetry X Hunger, was on a panel with Von Diaz , Emmy Award-winning documentarian, and food historian, Stephen Towns, fiber artist and figurative painter, and moderator Corby Kummer, executive director of Food & Society at the Aspen Institute.
