Taking a few minutes to evaluate how you’re really feeling can really go a long way to helping you identify ways to improve your overall mental health. 

Next time you are feeling down or in a rut ask yourself these questions.

  1. When did I eat my last meal?

  2. Have I had any water?

  3. How long have I spent on my phone today?

  4. When did I last speak to someone about my feelings?

  5. What can I celebrate today?

  6. What is taking up most of my headspace today?

  7. When did I last go outside?

  8. Am I tired?

  9. What can I do that will improve my mood?

  10. What triggered the current feeling of anxiety or anxiousness?
