Good Times at Our July Monthly Gardening Class

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at our July monthly gardening class at East Capitol Urban Farm! At this one, everyone learned how to work with a handful of common, safe, and easy-to-grow medicinal herbs. The attendees left with knowledge around how to identify, grow, and work with each plant based on their unique virtues and affinities and how to craft simple preparations like teas, oils, and tinctures.
